What services do you offer?
At Nostos, we offer gentle chiropractic care and decompression therapy for better posture, wellness, injury recovery and pain reduction. Our massage therapy team does incredible work with myofascial release, various massage techniques and even uses cupping.
Do you work with kids?
Kids today are faced with massive challenges to their posture based on excessive amounts of tech time. We love to work with kids and help them make changes to their posture. After all, kids with bad posture will turn into adults with bad posture.
What chiropractic techniques
do you offer?
We use a variety of techniques to make the adjustment including Blair Upper Cervical technique, Activator Specific Technique, impulse adjustor, drop table, and pelvic blocking techniques. While many people associate chiropractic with adjustments that cause a popping or clicking sound, generally our techniques do not cause any popping or clicking. In fact, many people comment that the adjustments are extremely comfortable.
Do you offer direct billing to insurance/benefits?
We don't offer direct billing, however we can provide a receipt at each visit for reimbursement from your insurance provider.
How long will it take to
solve my problem?
We know that every case is completely unique. That's why at your initial consultation we will take you through a thorough exam which includes a complete posture analysis, functional movement assessment, case-specific orthopedic evaluation, chiropractic spinal exam, and can take on-site x-rays based on our findings. We share all these results with you and use the information gathered to come up with a plan to help you reach your health goals.
